1. If you purchased via PayPal, some orders need to be reviewed by PayPal due to the risk management of PayPal. Normally it takes 1-3 working days. Your VIP membership will be extended automatically once the order is reviewed.
2. If you subscribed via Apple, please sign in with the correct Apple account on ProxyMaster iOS client and click the "Crown" icon in the upper left corner, then tap "Restore Subscription" to restore your subscription.
3. If you paid through other payment methods (Alipay, Unionpay, Google Play, etc), please send us your account ID and order screenshot via Online feedback or email proxymaster2020@hotmail.com, we’ll help you check it.
