How do I cancel my subscription?

1. PayPal: Sign in your PayPal account, go to "Settings", click "Payments" - "Manage automatic payments", you can cancel your subscription

2. Paymentwall: Sign in your Paymentwall account, and click "Subscriptions" and find your ProxyMaster order, then you can cancel your subscription

3. Stripe: Sign in your Stripe account, and click “Billing - Subscriptions" and find your ProxyMaster order to cancel it

If you cannot cancel the subscription by yourself, please contact us or email ([e-mail]), we'll help you.

Important: only Alipay will not automatically renew. other payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal, Apple in-app purchases, and Google Play in-app purchases, will be automatically renewed by the corresponding renewal period.
